Staying at Yallingup Forest Resort you are next door (30-45 minutes walk, 2 minute drive) to the region’s premier visitor accessible cave – Ngilgi (pronounced Neelgee.)

Discovered in 1899, it was originally called Yallingup Cave, but reverted to its aboriginal name Ngilgi (a good warrior spirit.)

It’s now run by the local tourism association and regarded as a local show piece.

They do tours and have a small playground, free BBQ area and a cafe plus bush tracks.
